Recognizing the current labor market situation in the hospitality and tourism industry, now is the time to establish a pipeline to future management through offering student internships. Innovative Internship Coaching is an outsourcing solution to help independent hotels and smaller hotel groups in particular to capitalize on that opportunity. Essentially, performing a human resource role in this specialized area.

Design a Customized Structured Internship
​
Program to include at least two (2) rotations between departments or job responsibilities for a 3-month long internship. Possible inclusion of assignments, projects and observations.

FEE: US$500 per intern program
Coaching Sessions for Student Interns
​
30-minute coaching sessions twice per month. One to include the supervisor and the other just the student. Conducted via Zoom.

FEE: US$300 per month
Coaching Session for Internship Supervisors
​
One (1) hour interactive coaching/training seminar conducted via Zoom for up to 5 people.
